"Quick-Glance Evaluation" - does the submitted paper appear to meet these quickly observable requirements?  
___ Reflective in nature, rather than a summary of the seminar
___ Neatly presented (as if one were aiming to earn a diploma of extra distinction)
___ Fairly comprehensive - a single-spaced page, not including this box, is typical 
___ Submitted on time - within two weeks of the seminar
Reflections meeting all of these brief looks will be passed on to the mentor for comments, discussion, and with your mentor's approval, application toward your seminar participation requirements.  Reflections not meeting this "Quick-Glance filter" will be returned to the student for refinement (within one week of return).
All seminar reflections should be submitted via email (see the website for the address) or via paper copy to the Student Services Office.  This section should be included with all seminar reflections, either electronically or physically.
