Today's reading strategies classes will be in the following locations:
8th & 7th graders will be held in the library.

6th grade classes will be in room 201.

THE "WILD THINGS" are meeting on WEDNESDAY MARCH 10th in the FACS room #125
@ 2:30-3:30. We are creating and remaking a movie that will be used across
the state of Maine and also shown in other New England states! Join us!!!!!

"The Wild Things" club

Please announce on Tues Wed. and Thursday; The "Wild Things" club is meeting
in the FACS room from 2:30-3:40 on Thursday ( March 4th ). Snacks are
provided. Please arrange for your own transportation to be here promptly @
3:40. If you would like to be a new member please speak with Ms. Ziobron or
any other current member. We are definitely making good progress on our
remaking of the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder movie. FACT: In the
state of Maine alone there are over 2,000 diagnosed cases each year of
babies born with FASD. Our club is trying to make a difference and inform
the public and change that fact. Join us in this task!

FW: 5/6th Girls Bball Travel team

The Old Town Girls 5/6th grade travel team won the Lincoln Invitational Tournament this weekend. The girls were undefeated all weekend! Congratulations!

The After School Program begins next Tuesday and goes for 5 weeks. The
program is only on Tuesday and Thursday. There are many great offerings!!
Students or parents can pick up a sign up sheet in the office!

Harlem Super Stars coming to Old Town High School

 
The Harlem Super Stars are coming to the Old Town High School to play against your very own Penobscot Dream Team featuring local students, coaches, alumni, and celebrities in an evening of showtime basketball at its best. Join us for a great night of family fun, outrageous slam dunks, trick shots, comedy, and tons of tons of audience participation and fan-to-player interaction. During halftime the Harlem Super Stars will bring the kids out of the stands to participate in a contest for a chance to win a prize. You won’t want to miss the slam dunks, music, autographs, trick shots, razz a dazz passing, dancing and halftime show. This is truly an evening you and your kids will not forget.
