Results of the Raider Challenge Competition at Nokomis High School - 10 May

The Old Town High School Army JROTC Raider Challenge Team competed at Nokomis High School on Saturday the 10^th of May, and brought home four trophies out of five events:

 

1^st Place – Army Physical Fitness Test (The first time in the history of the Old Town JROTC program)

 

2^nd Place – 5 Kilometer Road March

 

2^nd Place – Land Navigation (Orienteering)

 

3^rd Place – One Rope Bridge Across a Water Obstacle:

Congratulations to all competitors.  The next Raider Challenge competition in this Saturday, 17 May at the University of Maine in Orono.  This will be the final competition of the season.

Intern Opportunity

Congressional Internship:

Interested students may come into guidance to pick up the information for a summer program (Congressional Intern Opportunity in Rep. Mike Michaud’s Bangor Office).

Student interns may earn academic credits for successful participation in the program.
