SAT Registration

Today, September 26, is the last date to register for the November session of the SAT.  The test date will be on November 1st and will offer both the SAT Reasoning Test and the SAT II Subject tests.  The closest site offering these tests is Bangor High School.  If seniors are planning on re-taking the SAT or would like to take the subject tests, this is the ideal time to do so in order to get the scores in for college applications.

Registration can be completed online at www.collegeboard.com.

Student Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (SASVAB) - 6 Oct

ATTN:  Juniors and Seniors.  The Student Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (SASVAB) will be administered at Old Town High School on October 6, 2008, 8:00 am – 11 am in the Library Reading Room.  Please sign up in either the Guidance Office (Student Services) or the JROTC Classroom if you would like to take the test.  You must sign up in order to take this test.  No walk-ins are allowed.  The test is one of the requirements for entrance in the Military and is also a great career exploration tool.  Please sign up NLT 1 Oct.  POC is LTC Lauria
