OTHS Army JROTC Battalion Change of Command

The OTHS Army JROTC Battalion will conduct a Change of Command Ceremony on Thursday, October 22, 2009, 7:00 PM in the OTHS Gym.  All cadets are required to attend.  Members of RSU 34 and our community are welcome.  Light refreshments will be served at the end of the ceremony.  Alpha Company Change of Command is schedule for 15 October, during ATS Period in the Gym. (A Company practice is on 13 Oct same time and location) and Bravo Company Change of Command is scheduled for 8 October, during ATS Period in the gym. (B Company practice is on 6 Oct same time and location)  POC is C/LTC L. Bartlett.

Old Town High School Drill Meet

The Old Town High School Army JROTC Program will be hosting a regional drill meet here in the High School Gym.  The event takes place on Saturday, 3 October 2009, starting at 8:00 am.  All members of the public are invited to attend and cheer on the OTHS Army JROTC Drill Team.  The competitions will include:  Color Guard, Inspection, Platoon and Squad.  The cadets are also selling refreshments at the door to help fund cadet activities.  Admission is FREE!  POC is MSG Olsen or LTC Lauria.
