RSU #34 seeks talented Educational Technicians that are positive, flexible and willing to learn within a variety of educational settings. Preference will be given to those with prior experience or training. Accepting applications for Ed Tech I, II and III’s.

Qualified candidates would have applicable Maine Department of Education Ed Tech Certification and CHRC (fingerprint and background check).

Start Date: As soon as suitable candidates are hired.

2nd Grade Position February to June

Old Town Elementary is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and dynamic upper elementary teacher to join our staff as soon as possible for an opening in our 2nd grade. Our school is located near the University of Maine and serves about 600 students in the K to 5th Grade setting. The school has a strong reputation for high expectations for all learners and sound instructional practices to meet the needs of a variety of learners. A new professional joining our school staff must have the following credentials: A strong work ethic, passion for working with children, a kind heart, and an openness to working with a variety of families and learners. Additional skills: De-escalation techniques, knowledge of trauma-centered school beliefs, and classroom management techniques to support a variety of learners.

Qualifications: Maine Teacher Certification, Criminal Background Check, Fingerprinting, Reference Check

LEONARD MIDDLE SCHOOL

OTHS Athletics is looking for a motivated and driven track coach to help assist our Spring Track Program. We are looking to add an individual that will be apart of the girls and boys OT Track Program that has shared in a ton of student-athlete and team success in recent years.

We are looking for a coach with track experience, coaching experience, and knowledge of throwing events or coaching experience in the throwing events.

Season starts at the end of March
