Intervention Educational Technician III Position
Old Town Elementary School seeks skilled, student-focused, and motivated applicants to serve students as an Ed. Tech III interventionist in literacy (ability to also serve students in mathematics would be beneficial).
OTES is a K through 5th grade elementary school with about 600 students enrolled. There is a strong culture of communication, collaboration, and cooperation among staff, students, and families. The school fosters student growth through unique and varied experiences for the students, strong instructional programming, and dedicated staff doing “what’s best for students.” The following expectations are part of this role:

- Believes that children are capable and competent learners despite challenges
- Collaborates openly and productively with classroom teachers and other staff
- Seeks out and uses appropriate resources
- Plans daily small group and individual intervention lessons tailored to students’ literacy needs
- Engages students in meaningful literacy activities
- Maintains notes and data about student progress and shares results with staff and families
- Is knowledgeable about the typical and atypical literacy needs of elementary students
Certification: Current Maine teaching and/or Educational Technician III required.

Old Town High School is seeking a qualified coach for JV Boys Basketball
JOB GOAL: To instruct athletes in the skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. Each athlete should be given appropriate instruction toward improvement, yet also understand, learn and demonstrate self-discipline, self-accomplishment, and good sportsmanship. A willingness to work at building a program in the community that will support the future growth of the sport and support the growth of the varsity program.
The position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found
