  • Played four seasons at St. Joseph’s College

  • 6th all-time 3pt shots made
  • Ranked 3rd in the nation her junior season for 3pt shooting percentage
  • All-Conference team her senior season
  • Helped the Monks to 3 National Tourney appearances, NAIA New England championship, 2 conference championships

Moira Vereault ‘84

  • Swimming, field hockey, softball
  • Multiple medal place finisher in state meets including the state's championship in the 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay.
  • Set the school record in the 100 & 200 freestyle
  • Captain of 1983 PVC swimming Championship team
  • Named to the All-State swim team
  • Helped the softball program to its first 13 win season as well as first PVC title and tournament appearance
  • First-team all-conference in softball
  • 1984 OTHS Athlete of the Year award
  • Competed in swimming and softball at Milliken University
  • 1985 NCAA swimming All-American at Milliken University
  • Helped lead Milliken University swimming to the NCAA National Championship meet in 1985 & 86
  • Member of the 1988 DePaul University Softball Team

Matt Arsenault ‘93

  • Basketball, soccer
  • Named Mr. Basketball in 1993
  • All-time leading scorer at OTHS with 1,296pts.
  • BDN All-Maine 1st team in 1992 & 1993
  • Led the 1991 basketball team to the Class A State Championship.
  • Two All-State selection
  • Named Big East Player of the Year his junior and senior seasons
  • Guided the 1993 team to an undefeated 18-0 regular season
  • Helped lead Old Town to three straight Big East Conference championships
  • In 1992 scored 52pts in a 116-59 win over MDI & and accomplished it in just 3ptrs.

Katie Bergeron ‘06

  • OTHS Female Athlete of the Year 2006
  • Completed a Post-Grad year at the Taft School, graduated in '07, and played all three sports.
  • Played four years basketball at Bowdoin College
  • 2008 Maine State Rookie of the Year by the Maine Women's Basketball Coaches Association
  • Named team captain her senior season
  • Helped lead Bowdoin to the NCAA Sweet 16 her senior season
  • 6th on Bowdoin all-time scoring list with 1,180 points
  • 2nd all-time at Bowdoin with 160 three-pointers
  • Played 2 years professional basketball in European League with Leeds Carnegie

Hilary Maxim ‘08

  • 2007 All-New England in cross country
  • Member of the only Old Town cross country team to qualify for New England’s
  • Won 3 consecutive indoor track PVC championships in the mile run
  • Won 2 consecutive indoor track PVC championships in the 2 mile run
  • 2008 PVC Indoor Championship Performer of the Meet
  • 2008 Class B State Champion in the mile and 2 mile runs
  • 3-time first team All-Conference in indoor track
  • 2-time All-State in indoor track
  • 5 individual PVC outdoor track titles
  • 4-time All-PVC First Team All-Star
  • 2008 Class B outdoor state champion in the 1600 and 3200 meter runs
  • Class B outdoor track All-State in 2007 and ‘08
  • Holds School record in the indoor 800m and 1 mile runs. And the outdoor 800m and 1600m runs
  • Competed in track and cross country at the University of Maine.
