OTHS Announces the Return of Homecoming as a School-Specific Tradition
Old Town High School is excited to share that Homecoming is returning this year as a school-specific tradition! This change brings the tradition back to its roots, allowing us to shine a spotlight on school pride, student involvement, and community spirit.
In recent years, Homecoming activities have been combined with other community events. While we are proud of our continued partnership with Riverfest and look forward to supporting it for years to come, we've found that holding both celebrations in the same week has been challenging for students, staff, and volunteers. By bringing Homecoming back as its own school-centered event, we can give this tradition the full attention it deserves.
One of the highlights of Homecoming 2025 will be celebrating and supporting our athletic programs. Throughout the week, we will host home games for soccer, field hockey, and football--and our golf and x-country teams will be competing in championship events. These contests showcase the hard work and dedication of our student-athletes, and we look forward to rallying the community behind them.
Homecoming 2025 events will be announced soon on the school's website and social media channels. In the meantime, mark your calendars for the following Homecoming 2025 athletic events. GO COYOTES!!!
