Winter sports are just around the corner at LMS!
To participate in a winter sport, a student must be signed up and have all proper paperwork turned in by Monday Nov. 9th. (If you played a fall sport you do not need to turn in new paperwork.)
Forms A, C & Northern Light waiver must be turned in once a year. While Forms B(proof of a physical) is required once in a students middle school career.
