
What a way to start and finish Senior Night on the pitch for the Lady Yotes - JV started the night of W's with a 5-0 win over Central HS - then onto the big dance with Varsity playing a shortened 8-0 W against the cross town rivals Orono - Thank you to our Seniors for the years of dedication to the program, many will be missed, including my little number 8....





A little grass hockey 🏑 for the Yotes today at Victory Fields as they welcomed Erskine Academy to the field - Ladies moved to 8-3-1 on the season with a 2-1 W - JV played 2-10's of fun with a 2-1L.... Senior Game on Saturday!


It was a busy night at Victory Field for LMS athletics. Football kicked off the afternoon vs Sedomocha where the team played a strong game but fell 18-8. Boys soccer turned the lights on for their game vs. Cohen but ended with a 11-0 loss. Girls soccer ended the night under the full moon with a hard fought 2-1 loss. Soccer teams are back in action tomorrow at Nokomis 3:00



LMS Field Hockey was on the road to Hampden today. "A" team came away with a 2-1 victory followed by a 0-0 tie for the "B" team. The team has their last game of the season Monday at Nokomis at 3:30.


LMS Soccer teams made the journey over to Hermon this afternoon. The girls fought hard but ended with a 4-0 loss. The boys played well and came away with a 5-1 win! Both teams have a very busy week this week and will be back in action tomorrow at under the lights at Victory Field. Boys play first at 5:30.


LMS field hockey took a field trip down to Waterville over the long weekend. The team competed in the annual Hocktoberfest tounrnament held at Thomas College. The girls ended 2-2-1 on the day! Way to represent LMS!


JV Football is the only team in action today as they faced a strong Class A program from Bangor-Yotes on the turf at Cameron Stadium for a 10 AM game in the rain... Good learning experience for the team and a chance to play - 20-0 L - Back in action next Monday at Home!


Events this week!


Tomorrow's JV Game, Oct. 14th, has been moved to Cameron Stadium due to predicted rain. The game is the same time at 10 AM - Bus for the JV team is at 8:30 AM - Old Town is still the home team for this event.

A couple of other scores from across Maine for the Yotes today! Football 🏈 traveling down south to face off against Oak Hill, tough outcome 43-6 L - OTHS Golf ⛳️ having an epic day at Natanis in epic conditions, finishing 12th - OTHS boys soccer playing the 4th game this week traveling to Ellsworth for a clash with the Eagles, JV 3-0L and Varsity with a complete game 7-0L.... Yotes all over the state



The Girls and Boys Cross Country teams closed out the regular season today at the Greater Houlton XC Border Bash. The girls turned in a strong team performance, finishing up in 3rd place, led individually by the 10th place finish of Lily Heitmann, with Lida Kanoti right behind her in 12th, followed by Linzy Heitmann in 14th, Liz Preble in 19th and Chloe Henry in 26th. For the boys team, which finished 5th, Hayna Francis led the way individually finishing 8th, followed by CJ Yanush in 20th, Alex Roach in 23rd, Jesse Bouchard in 42nd and Kevin Murray in 53rd. Next up is the PVC Large School Championship Meet, next Saturday back up in Houlton.




Couple of games on either side of the state for the Yote Soccer teams and both played birds! - Boys travel to the Hawks, JV lost 3-0 and Varsity lost 8-0 - Girls traveling to the Eagles and both programs marched out with huge 1-0 W's - much needed win for the Lady Yotes!


Tonight Victory Field played host to MDI for Boys Soccer - ⚽️ Senior Night for the Yotes ⚽️ Team played a strong game that had them down by 1 at half - Ended with a 4-0 L - JV lost 4-0 as well - Thank You Seniors for your time and dedication!




🏑 OTHS Short Grass Hockey 🏑 playing host to Bangor at Victory Fields. Varsity with a strong 4-0 W with goals from Lindsay(2 goals), Phoebe, and Molly - Assists from Phoebe and Natalie! JV walked away with a 5-0 W with goals from Mere-Bear, Molly, Grace, Kelsea, and Crystal! 🏑



LMS Field Hockey traveled to Hermon this afternoon. The A team finished with a 6-2 victory followed by a 2-1 win for the B team! Great job team!


LMS soccer teams were under the lights at Victory Field this afternoon. Both teams face a couple of tough Reeds Brook teams and finished night with losses but coaches were proud of the efforts!


Soccer ⚽️ finishes its Northern trips as both men and women's teams traveled to PI - Men come home with small victories, but 2 L's - Girls team come home with 2 W's with goals from Taylor, Britta, Carmen, and Julia, assists from Liv, Britta, Carmen, and Julia - County Trips ✅


LMS Football took on the Rams tonight under the lights at Victory Field. Even without goal posts on the field, the team battled for 26-6 victory! Great win team!


LMS soccer teams made the journey down to Ellsworth for a couple games this afternoon. The boys are coming home with a tough loss but the girls managed to hang on to a win after scoring within the first minute of the game! Teams are back in action tomorrow at Victory Field under the lights at 5:00!


Impressive team effort today on the grass hockey field 🏑 as the Yotes played host to Hermon - 3 - 0 W with goals from Shaw and Fournier and assists from Albert, Yerxa, and Shaw - JV with a fierce well played game that saw Little Fournier first goal 🥅 and getting the 1-0 W!
