LMS soccer teams wrapped up their seasons under the lights in Brewer this afternoon. The boys played well but fell 10-0. The girls capped off the night with a 2-1 win! Congratulations on a great season!

JB on Victory Field - Girls finished a solid year, playing down with no subs most of the season and tonight was no different, girls played hard 3-2L - Boys up next as they continued learning and growing as a team and program and showed a tone of development over the season - Scored do not reflect the passion the coaches and kids had this season - played hard to a 4-0L - until next year

Late Breaking LMS Athletic News: Today's LMS Football game @ Mattanawcook has been moved to a 6:00 start. Bus leaves at 4:00.


LMS Football hosted Reeds Brook at Victory field this afternoon. Great play was had on both sides of the ball, but it wasn’t enough, as the team finished with a 20-14 loss. The team will have a day to rest before heading to Mattanawcook Academy on Wednesday for their last game of the season.


LMS Field Hockey traveled to Nokomis for their last game of the season this afternoon. The A team came away with a 9-0 loss, followed by a 2-0 win for the B team. The team finishes the season with a record of 8-2! Congratulations on a great season!


Events Oct. 21st Week


The Girls and Boys Cross Country teams traveled to Houlton today for the PVC Large School Championship Meet. The girls' team turned in a strong performance today, finishing as PVC Large School Championship Meet runners-up behind a very good MDI team. Individually for the girls, Lida Kanoti and Lily Heitmann ran course personal best times, finishing 8th and 9th respectively, while Linzy Heitmann in 18th, Liz Preble in 21st and Chloe Henry in 26th, with a personal best 5k time, completed a very good day for the girls team. The boys team finished up in 7th place, led individually by the 8th place finish of Hayna Francis, with a team and personal course best time, while CJ Yanush in 21st, Alex Roach in 31st, Jesse Bouchard in 42nd, Kevin Murray in 43rd, with a course personal best time and Cameron Jones in 44th, closed out the scoring for the boys. Next Saturday, the teams travel to Belfast for the Class B Northern Regional, Boys at 1:40, Girls at 2:20.

Hurtles to the last minute and new schemes made for a tough night in undefeated Pony country.... boys walk away with a 21-6 Loss and move to 3-4 on the season.... Prepare for next week and hosting the Ponies on Monday for JV 🏈....


Varsity only for the Girls Soccer ⚽️ team as they traveled to the Island - An awesome 3-1 W with 3 assists from Karina and a goal a piece for Liv, Rhi, and Lucy - Moving to 8-4 on the season with JB tomorrow!

LMS Cross Country concluded their season at the Inland Championship meet held at Mattanawcook Academy on Wednesday afternoon. Izzy Howard, Irvin Bathelder and Lucy Heitmann all finished within the top 50, Congratulations to Alex Gelo who pulled off a 4th place finish! Congratulations on a great season team!


LMS soccer wrapped up their 3rd game in a row today at Nokomis. The boys had a tough night and fell 10-1. The girls came away with a hard fought 1-0 victory! Teams will play their last games of the season Thursday under the lights at Brewer 5:00.


What a way to start and finish Senior Night on the pitch for the Lady Yotes - JV started the night of W's with a 5-0 win over Central HS - then onto the big dance with Varsity playing a shortened 8-0 W against the cross town rivals Orono - Thank you to our Seniors for the years of dedication to the program, many will be missed, including my little number 8....





A little grass hockey 🏑 for the Yotes today at Victory Fields as they welcomed Erskine Academy to the field - Ladies moved to 8-3-1 on the season with a 2-1 W - JV played 2-10's of fun with a 2-1L.... Senior Game on Saturday!


It was a busy night at Victory Field for LMS athletics. Football kicked off the afternoon vs Sedomocha where the team played a strong game but fell 18-8. Boys soccer turned the lights on for their game vs. Cohen but ended with a 11-0 loss. Girls soccer ended the night under the full moon with a hard fought 2-1 loss. Soccer teams are back in action tomorrow at Nokomis 3:00



LMS Field Hockey was on the road to Hampden today. "A" team came away with a 2-1 victory followed by a 0-0 tie for the "B" team. The team has their last game of the season Monday at Nokomis at 3:30.


LMS Soccer teams made the journey over to Hermon this afternoon. The girls fought hard but ended with a 4-0 loss. The boys played well and came away with a 5-1 win! Both teams have a very busy week this week and will be back in action tomorrow at under the lights at Victory Field. Boys play first at 5:30.
