
LMS Girls Basketball teams hosted Sumner this afternoon at OTES. The B team ended with a 40-16 loss, but the A team came away with a 54-19 victory! Both teams are back in action Friday at home vs Brewer.


LMS Boys Basketball teams traveled south for a couple games vs Sumner this afternoon. Both teams played well and came away with another pair of wins. B team final 71-24, A team final 93-33. Boys are back in action Friday at Brewer.


OTHS Boys Basketball 🏀 traveling to Eagleville 🦅 for a not so successful night, but a night to build from - JV with a 72-42L, and Varsity suffering the 1st loss of the season 62-58 and moving to 12-1 on the season - short memory as we welcome WA into the gym tomorrow night!


Girls Basketball 🏀 traveling to FA for a Monday Night of basketball - JV losing but having fun 33-13, Varsity pulled away with a 51-25 W moving to 11-2 on the season... Couple days off for the girls till the next game.

OT Cheer making the trek up to the county to compete in the Big East Cheer Competition... after a challenging week of practice the Coyotes came home with a 8th place finish - looking to build off of completions as they move into regionals...

JV OTO 🐻 on a little road trip to PCIA to face newly formed FA Hockey 🥅 - team improves on the season with a 6-1 W against the Ponies... A little break till the team is back in action!


A couple of Girls Bball Games at Mackenzie as the Yotes finish the MDI swing of home games - JV started the night but fell 43-29 L to MDI - Varsity next moving to 9-2 on the season with a 54-31 W - Wildcats in town for Hall of Fame weekend at Mackenzie tomorrow!


LMS Girls Basketball teams hosted Doughty at OTES this afternoon. The B team played great finished with a 39-18 victory. The A team played hard and ended up with an overtime loss 57-53.


LMS Boys Basketball teams were in action today vs. the Bulldogs from Doughty. Both teams are returning home with a pair of W's. B team final 44-33. A team final 62-30.Well done boys!


A couple of W's tonight in Mackenzie as the Yotes welcomed the Trojans - JV started the winning with a 63-45 W - followed by Varsity moving to 11-0 with the same score as JV 63-45 W - big night as we also introduced our future Coyotes during Youth Night - Thanks to all that came!



Couple of tough ones for the Lady Yotes down at Ellsworth - JV 51-21 L and Varsity followed with a 69-50 L - short memory needed as MDI in town on Friday...



LMS Winter Sports Picture day has been moved to Mon 1/22. This is to accommodate the 6th grade field trips.


Due to weather this afternoon and evening, all after school activities are canceled for OTHS.


LMS Basketball games vs Reeds Brook this afternoon have been postponed to Tuesday Jan 30 due to inclement weather. There will also be no practices as well. Travel safe!


Due to predicted weather - Ellsworth postponed the boys basketball game today and it has been rescheduled Monday, Jan. 22nd 5:30/7 PM

OTO Hockey 🏒 on the road to the GWW at the Ice Vault - Bears 🐻 settled in and played 3 strong periods of Hockey and finished 4-2 W - During the game, Old Towns own Dylan "DD" Davis becomes the newest member of the 100 pt team at OTHS! Congrats DD!


The Girls and Boys Indoor Track teams returned to action, after a 2 week break, this afternoon at the New Balance Fieldhouse at U. Maine in an eight team regular season meet. The girls team had another strong meet, finishing 3rd behind Bangor and Bucksport, two of the better girls programs in the league this winter. Leading the way for the girls were Lucy Veilleux with 2nd place finishes in the Long Jump and Triple Jump and a 3rd in the 55M Dash, Ely Briggs 1st in the High Jump, Lilly Mitchell 2nd in the Hurdles, Kylee Murray 2nd in the Shot Put, Ruby Whitmore 3rd in the Hurdles, while the 4x800M Relay team of Lexi Wesley, Liz Preble, Chloe Henry & Lily Heitmann finished 3rd and the 4x200M Relay team of Emily Wheeler, Olivia Barthelemy, Wesley & Whitmore finished 4th. The boys team, which finished up in 7th place in the team standings, received a 1st place finish from the 4x800M Relay
team of Cooper Neely, Kaiden Plourde, Kameron Plourde & Hayna Francis and got a 2nd place finish from the 4x200M Relay team of Andrew Wolfertz, Neely, Kaiden Plourde & Francis. The teams have another 2 week break before returning to action on January 27th.
