
Finishing out the Orono Swing of athletics was the OTHS Field Hockey team as they traveled over to Orono - Ladies made it exciting as they brought it to double overtime, but ended up losing 3-2 and moving the team to 3-2 on the season....


Lady Coyotes win at home vs. the Orono Red Riots 7-1. Karina D. & Rhiannon B. each with 2 goals. Lucy V., Taylor M. & Lexi D. 1 goal a piece. Danica B. contributed in net. Varsity plays again tomorrow in Ellsworth @ 4pm.
JV Lady Coyotes pick up their 2nd win of the season defeating Orono 6-1. Taylor M. with 2 goals. Ava B. & Ava H. picking up a goal a piece. Keely K. & Nevaeh Y. combine to contribute in net.



A little golf action today at Hidden Meadows - our senior match for our 1 participating Senior Charlotte Blanchard - Tri-Match had the Yotes coming away 1-1 on the night - Hampden 169, Old Town 181, Herman 215 - Charlotte 41 Nate 43 Ridge 48 Michael 50 Sam 49 Brady 48 Reily 61 Julian 49 are the scores for the team! Thank you Ms. Blanchard for the years of dedication to the program and for your tremendous play as a Coyote Golfer.

OTHS Golf ⛳️ suffering through another rainy, muggy day - if you know golf, you know the course plays long on days like this! But the Coyotes pull off 2 W's as they take down Hermon and Ellsworth during a tri match - Nate Baker with the 39 and low medalist of the match... Senior Match Tomorrow!


OTHS Boys Soccer ⚽️ playing down the river and through the woods to Orono HS tonight and picking up the first W of the season - Thibeault with a pair of goals to pull off a 2-0 W - JV played after but fell 1-0 on a hard fought game... off to the land of the Eagles on Friday!

LMS football took on the Brewer Witches at Victory Field this afternoon. The Coyotes bounced back from last week to pick up their first win of the season 14-6! Well done team!

OTHS FH on the road north to Stearns HS for a little hockey on the grass.... Coyotes came away with a 3-0 W with goals from Karma assisted by Danica, Natalie assisted by Lindsey, and Danica assisted by Natalie - Girls back in action Thursday @ Orono


Golf today at JB is postponed for today - this match is rescheduled for Tomorrow, Tuesday, 9/12 3:30 PM at Hidden Meadows!

A couple of interesting 🤨 OTHS Boys Soccer ⚽️ games today at Hermon - JV with a great and well played game which ended in a 0-0 tie - Varsity with a almost come back game as they came from being 2 down to tie it 3-3 only to lose 4-3 on a PK kick with 4ish minutes left, can catch a break, but more games to come!



Girls and Boys Cross Country competed at the Caribou Invitational today in an individual race relay format. For the girls, who finished up in 3rd place overall in the team results, Lida Kanoti finished 2nd, Lily Heitmann 2nd, Lexi Wesley 2nd, Chloe Henry 5th and Liz Preble 3rd in their respective individual races. For the boys individually, Hayna Francis and Griffin Henderson both finished 5th in their respective races. The teams run at Central next Friday.


Baby steps to history, started today with broken records and goals met (literally and figuratively) - OTHS Girls back by 2 goals from Dumond, 1 for Degrasse, and 1 for Bousquet with 2 assists from Lizzotte move on to a 4-2w for the Coyotes over Hermon - Girls move to 2-0 on the season!


OTHS Football traveling to the home of Maine Water 💧 Poland Regional HS tonight for some Friday Night Football 🏈- Defense held the Yotes in the game, but came up short on Offense as they fell 16-0 in a weather shortened game... JV on the road on Monday to FA at 4:30 PM


OTHS FH hosting the Broncos of H.A. for tonight's 🏑 match - Girls had to make it exciting by going to overtime, but game away with the 3-2 W - moving the team to 2-1 on the year - No JV match tonight for the Yotes!
