Good Afternoon,
Today’s mobile vaccine clinic was a great success. PCHC did an amazing job with the process of making it easy and seamless for our students. A big THANK YOU for being part of our community support.
We have the opportunity, although short notice, to host PCHC again this Thursday, May 13,th for all of our OTHS student body that are interested. Included in this email is the updated vaccine consent form that I need for scheduling. Please fill it out and send it back to me and I’ll get your student scheduled. Again, this is for all students at OTHS aged 12 and up. I only have the mobile unit for an hour from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, so the time will be within that hour. If you want to join your student and sit with them, you are welcome to do so.
Parents must be masked and the clinc will be located in MacKenzie Gymnasium.
The vaccine provided is the Pfizer vaccine. The date for the second dose is tentative at Jun 3rd.
