Today our JROTC Coyote Battalion held their annual awards and promotion ceremony. Congratulations to all!

Cadence is our Battalion Cadet/Command Sergeant Major. She Has been an active member of the Competition Drill Team, the Competition Color Guard Team, the Marksmanship Team, and the Raider Challenge Team. She is a valuable member of our JROTC program; she dedicates herself to supporting JROTC activities, OTHS and her community.


Old Town High School's "Staff of the Month" is Joanna Stevens. Mrs. Stevens is a tremendous science teacher and teaches a variety of upper level science classes. She is truly passionate about what she teaches.
We are so fortunate to have her as a member of our science department.


This week is National School Counseling Week.
Old Town High School has two amazing counselors - Kim Ketch & Jami Martell. Thanks for all that you do to help all students find success, Kim & Jami!





At yesterday’s competition, Kaegan York (team 20734A) received the judges award, and Noah Nickerson and Ian Dutra were tournament champions (for the second time), lastly Landon Hoskins and Anakin Calabrese ranked 5th (team 20734B).


The Old Town High School Pep Band kept MacKenzie Gymnasium hopping today. Nothing like some great tunes to go along with 4 Coyote wins!


This morning, we recognized over 100 students who have earned letters, academic insignias or service bars for their hard work in the classroom. Congratulations to All!

Class of 2023 Project Grad meeting will be held tonight 6:30 PM in the OTHS library.


If you are watching the UMaine Hockey game tonight, you should have noticed our world famous JROTC Color Guard presenting the colors at the Alfond!


Wonderful 5 song performance by our OTHS Concert Band and Band Director Jeff Priest. Wonderful, Powerful, and well rounded showing for our High School Concert Band!




Mr. Gilbert’s biology classes - Students were given various candies of all shapes and sizes and were tasked with making models of different cells – the things that all living beings are made of! After constructing these models, students got to chow down on these sweet treats.

Tuesday, January 17---RSU #34 (Alton, Bradley, Old Town) will have a 2-hour delay this morning. Morning 1/2-day PreK in Old Town is cancelled. All scheduled bus runs and start times are delayed 2-hours.
