OTHS Women's Basketball advance to the Quarterfinals tonight with a 60-30 win over Foxcroft Academy - Women will play Ellsworth at 6:45 PM on Friday, March 5th - Tonight also marked the 9th time in OTHS History that a basketball player scored 1000 points - Congratulations Hannah Richards on achieving this and welcome to the OTHS1000-point club!

The EMITL Championship Series came to an end tonight with the Girls Standing Broad Jump and 5 Stride Championship Meets held at Bangor High School. The Old Town girls got great performances from senior Tiffany Yanush with a 4th place finish and a personal best jump of 38' 3.75" in the 5 Stride and sophomore Grace Willey with a 4th place finish and a personal best jump of 7' 8.75" in the Standing Broad Jump, she also placed 8th in the 5 Stride with a personal best! Congrats to both!


Boys EMITL Standing Broad Jump and 5 Stride Championships this afternoon in Bangor. Senior Nathan Regan finished 3rd in the Standing Broad Jump and 5th in the 5 Stride and sophomore James Cote competed as well, jumping a to personal best in the 5 Stride.


Congrats to frosh Lilly Mitchell and sophomore Myah Worster, who ran a personal best time, for competing today in the snow and rain at the EMITL 800M Championships in Bangor!

Basketball in the last regular season game tonight vs cross/down river rival Orono! Men on the road with some exciting games - JV 52-48 loss, Varsity with a 66-58 loss - Women at home, Senior game tonight for the lady coyotes - both teams played great - JV with a 64-21 win, Varsity Girls with a 71-19 win - Post season schedule will be available once stats and games are complete this weekend!


In the second day of the EMITL Championship Series, the Girls and Boys Indoor Track teams had 4 boys, this afternoon and 5 girls, this evening compete at the High Jump Championships
in Brewer.
For the girls, congratulations to sophomores Grace Willey, who was the individual champion with a jump of 5' and Myah Worster, who was the individual co-runner-up with a personal best jump of 4' 10"!
Leading the way for boys team earlier in the day was senior Nathan Regan who placed 7th.
