During these tough times, we find light at any tunnel to be very bright and cheerful - With that being said, OTHS is happy to share that 359 Students at OTHS earned honors for the Q1 grading period. This is increased by 44 students from this grading point last year. We also need to add the one student who did not get listed, the famous golfing legend, Mr. Colby Folsom! https://bangordailynews.com/2020/12/07/bdn-maine/old-town-high-school-quarter-1-honor-roll/

Mon. Dec. 7th, is 79th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. On Mon. morning OT JROTC cadets are going to raise the flag at 7:48, the time the attack commenced. Cadets of the Coyote Battalion continued to physically challenge themselves with the next installment of the Coyote Challenge. On Nov. 6th they participated in a 5K ruck march. Cadets were given a 20-30lb rucksack and a time limit of 50 minutes to complete the task. Eight cadets took advantage of the weather and met on the Victory Field track that morning. Prior to the start of the 5K, cadets discussed a brief history of Veterans Day, and a Color Guard raised the flag at the Old Town High School Athletic Complex to honor Veterans past and present.
